This is as assessment of Behavior - what we see in ourselves and others. The DISC language is the basis of the assessment. DISC refers to D - Dominance, I - Influence, S - Steadiness and C - Compliance as the four core measures of behavior. The assessment also reports on both Natural Behavior Style - the behavior we exhibit when most relaxed, and, when most under stress. This assessment reports on the drivers of Behavior - the six values that create our Attitudes and drive our Behaviors. The six values are Theoretical, Aesthetic, Social, Traditional, Utilitarian and Individualistic. Each of us has one or two strong Values, one or two moderate values and one or two that we are relatively indifferent to.
