In some cases, such as an assignment to resolve conflict within a team, we may use assessments, one on one coaching, a Communications seminar, and a goal setting process. In another case, we may deliver a presentation to a large group on the Stages of Change. In a "square peg in a round hole" situation, it may be one on one counseling. It all depends on your needs.
