While we know our actions speak louder than any words, we feel it is important to express what we expect of ourselves in our relationships with you. These are the standards by which we shall determine our conduct in relationships with our clients, prospective clients, suppliers, colleagues, associates, and the general public.
 
Our mission is to help our clients, through our consulting, assessments, seminars and processes, become more profitable and successful based on their individual definition of success.

Our work is tailored to meet the needs of our clients, and recognizes the unique requirements of each client.

The key to our success as well as the success of our clients is our ability to implement  tools and processes in areas such as organizational and individual assessment, selection, management, supervision, relationship skills, sales skills, strategic planning, team development, and time management.

 We will accept only those projects we are qualified to undertake and that are in the best long-term interest of our clients.  We will carry out each commitment under the direction of a principal or appointed decision- maker of the firm. 
  
We will charge reasonable fees commensurate with the nature of the services performed and responsibility assumed, and will not knowingly allow any person to practice in our name unless they possess a valid contract to associate with us in our practice.
  
We will guard all information as confidential concerning the business and affairs of our clients, prospective clients, associates and affiliated companies  that becomes known to us in the course of doing business.
 
We will not serve clients under terms or conditions which interfere with or impair our objectivity or integrity.  

We will not make direct or indirect offers of employment to employees of clients.

We will not use data, technical material, procedures, developments, or copyrighted materials originated by other companies, firms or practices that have not yet been released for public use, without their written permission. 
 

We will endeavor to safeguard our clients from individuals and companies we perceive to be deficient in moral character or professional competence.
