We Guarantee we will clearly define the processes, costs, terms and performance metrics before starting any assignment. We Guarantee we will create review points to ensure performance is meeting or exceeding expectations. We Guarantee followup with all clients to ensure completed assignments continue to create value in the long term.
What does that mean?
It means we need to be very sure of our mutual expectations and our ability to deliver at the time we enter into an agreement to provide services. The exact terms of the Guarantee will vary, depending upon the nature of the assignment. But a Guarantee of Performance is part of our agreement for every assignment.
As we stated on our Beliefs page, the only way for us to gain trust is to perform, and the only way to get the opportunity to perform is to put ourselves at risk - to put our skin in the game.
