Our Agreement of Confidentiality With Our Clients

In the process of helping our clients hire, select, develop and retain talent, manage change, and develop goals, we are often provided with proprietary information. We have developed our Confidentiality Agreement to provide our clients with assurances of our respect for their proprietary information.

This is our standard Confidentiality Agreement. Should a client require different language or terms, we are willing to discuss  the issues and amend our agreement or adopt a client agreement to the extent that it makes good business sense for both of us.

Our purpose in providing this Agreement is to develop a high level of trust with our clients  through open communications and mutually agreed expectations.

Confidentiality Agreement

This Agreement by and between The Cox Consulting Group LLC, a corporation under the laws of the State of Arizona, and ______________________________________, hereinafter referred to as “Client” is effective as of the date specified below. 

  The Cox Consulting Group LLC agrees that any and all Client Information disclosed, as part of its assignment for Client, shall be maintained in a confidential manner and used only to benefit the Client and its employees and customers. Such information will not be disclosed to any other person, firm, or organization without the express written permission of the Client. 

Client information includes, but is not limited to, the identity of Client’s customers, margins, records, costs associated with products and services, and any other information considered to be proprietary. The Cox Consulting Group LLC is bound to not disclose any such information to any outsider whatsoever. All Client documents used by The Cox Consulting Group LLC during the course of its work for the Client remains the Client’s property, and will be returned unaltered and /or uncopied to the Client at the end of the assignment.
